Ok well it's not in the main client yet, but you can try out the Firstlook viewer for voice on the live Grid now.

This version is currently unstable for me.
It crashes when Client Voice is enabled in a non-voice enabled Regions.
Voice is currently working for me, finally...
From what I can tell it is enabled in our area. (Which I'm not sure if I am going to keep past the end of the month...
I would love to try out the new voice chat if anyone would care to download the Firstlook Voice viewer and test it with me tonight...
