i just got an email from "Visa" asking me to update my information. Well sucks for the dude who tried to do that to me for 2 reasons.

First, i don't HAVE a Visa card....

Second, he put his email address in the "replyto" area and know Visa fraud alert knows and Windows Live Hotmail knows.

Stupid people.

If you get something that asks you to update your card information and it asks for you to type in your card number, expiration date, etc. first check to see that you're on a secured server (https.. i'm sure you all know that) and then look at the entire email, header, footer, all of it. check for strange things like in the replyto a gmail address. that's not right. haha. and if you're sure it's fraud report it. get those idiots off the net.
