They installed a program called Desktop Doctor, which is apparently for helping home users connect to the internet. I don't think they should be using this, they're supposed to be experts. Internet Explorer Bar

Hey guys, just got my modem replaced- this one is cool and "stealthy" looking. So anyways, when they installed it it changed most of my IE settings and one of the things it did was up ont he main bar put "Windows Internet Explorer provided by Comcast" on it.
