Tier 1 Armor

Ready to improve your basic Jobe armor, here's what's needed to do just that

Here is a list of NPC's you will speak to throughout the quest

Here are a list of items you will need for the quest

	Vision of the XXX	Loot from mobs in Elysium / Scheol Catacombs

	Consanguineal Embryo of Annwn'Guinee	Loot from mobs in Elysium / Scheol Catacombs

	Novictum XXX	Loot from bosses outside of Ergo in Scheol

	Canister of Pure Liquid Notum	Loot from any shadowlands mob

	Jobe Suit Vest	Jobe Armor quest item

	Jobe Suit Pants	Jobe Armor quest item

	Jobe Suit Boots	Jobe Armor quest item

	Jobe Suit Sleeves (x2)	Jobe Armor quest item

	Jobe Suit Gloves	Jobe Armor quest item

At this point you should already own a set of Jobe armor ready to upgrade to Tier 1, if not see the Jobe Armor Guide on how to obtain a set. Also note that not all the pieces of jobe can be upgraded to Tier 1, some have to wait until Tier 2 and others until Faithful.
The six pieces that are upgradable are the vest, 2 sleeves, gloves, pants & boots

For each piece you need to collect a selection of items, amongst these are some that differ depending on you profession. Both the Visions and the Novictum are listed for the corresponding profession below

Here is a complete list of items required for each piece you wish to upgrade

Items required per a single armor piece:
3 x Visions of the XXX (18 per full set)
1 x Consanguineal Embryo of Annwn'Guinee (6 per full set)
1 x Novictum XXX (6 per full set)
1 x Canister of Pure Liquid Notum (6 per full set)

First on our list to collect are the visions and embryo's, for these we need to visit the catacombs below the temples in either Elysium or Scheol. Elysium will obviously be easier for smaller lower level teams and has a brilliant drop-rate for visions, but Embryo's will only drop from the bosses here and not very often. For Embryo's it is best to head to Scheol, the mobs here are 160+ so take a good team along

The easiest way to reach the catacombs is to enter a redeemed temple, go straight through the first room and up the spiral stairs in the second room. At the top of the stairs head west and enter the spirit room, from here head either right or left and follow the corridor to the end, now drop into the dip to get to the catacombs

Next we need to collect the novictum, one for each piece you wish to upgrade. For these the best place to look is outside of ergo northern lower Scheol, they drop from the various bosses here. The drop rate is very good, but random, so you will most likely have quite a collection of various novictum before you finish

Finally we need to collect one canister of pure liquid notum for each armor part, these need to be QL 50+ and drop from Elysium bosses quite regularly, or for the more adventurous the chimeras in Marble Orchards, Upper Scheol drop them

Once you have all the parts head back to Jobe and speak to your professional in the IPS building. Say that you are looking for the Yellow Glyph, they will ask you to trade three Visions and and Embryo for each Glyph

All that is needed now is to combine the items, start by awakening the yellow glyph with the Canister of Pure Liquid Notum

Ready to improve your basic Jobe armor, here's what's needed to do just that

Your Professional

	Vision of the XXX	Loot from mobs in Elysium / Scheol Catacombs
	Consanguineal Embryo of Annwn'Guinee	Loot from mobs in Elysium / Scheol Catacombs
	Novictum XXX	Loot from bosses outside of Ergo in Scheol
	Canister of Pure Liquid Notum	Loot from any shadowlands mob
	Jobe Suit Vest	Jobe Armor quest item
	Jobe Suit Pants	Jobe Armor quest item
	Jobe Suit Boots	Jobe Armor quest item
	Jobe Suit Sleeves (x2)	Jobe Armor quest item

At this point you should already own a set of Jobe armor ready to upgrade to Tier 1, if not see the separate guide on how to obtain a set. Also note that not all the pieces of jobe can be upgraded to Tier 1, some have to wait until Tier 2 and others until Faithful.

To start with you will need to collect the various insignias required for the armor pieces you wish to purchase, be aware that there is also a considerable amounts of credits needed for each piece
So refer to the table below, choose which pieces you want and start collecting. (For a complete set you will require 10 Insignias of Enel, 10 Insignias of Shere, 5 Insignias of Ocra and 5 Insignias of Roch and wait for it ... 15 million credits!)
It's probably a good idea to have a empty backpack or two to keep the insignias in

Now you have the Insignias and credits you need for your selected pieces, head over to your nearest Jobe IPS building and speak to your own professional, speak to them about some basic armor parts and choose the piece you want. They will then ask you to hand over the required insignias and donation! and in return will hand you your new armor

As of a recent patch the professional will also ask you for your measurements, these can be purchased from a tailor, a good place to find one is outside Reets Retreat in Stret West Bank. If you come in via the whom-pa route, head towards Reets and as you pass under the big arch look to your left, she is standing under one of the tents. There is also one in Borealis, she can be found inside a shop call Amanda's Botique, just west of the Subway entrance

Once you have repeated this last step for each piece and have your new armor the only thing left is to try it on, here are the stats for your full set

Faithful/Chosen Armor

Once your Tier 2 armor has been improved to quality 220 it is ready for the final upgrade, it can now be transformed into Faithful or Chosen armor

For each piece you need to collect a selection of items, amongst these are some that differ depending on you profession

Here is a complete list of items required for each piece you wish to upgrade
Be aware that the Fruitions and Jokers glyph are Nodrop so you will need to collect them yourself

Items required per a single armor piece:
3 x Fruitions of XXX (30 per full set)
1 x Consanguineal Embryo of Duat (10 per full set)
1 x Finely Refined Notum (10 per full set)
1 x Insignia of the Faithful/Chosen (only one is needed to upgrade all ten pieces)

Item required to upgrade Shoulderpad's & Support System:
1 x Joker's Glyph (only one is needed to upgrade all three pieces)
1 x Glyph of the Arcana (only one is needed to upgrade all three pieces)

Once you have worked out exactly how many of each part you need for the pieces you wish to upgrade it's time to go and collect the pieces

For the Fruitions and Embryos you will need to head into the catacombs again, this time Inferno. Any mobs here have a chance of dropping the items needed, but it will take quite a raid team to kill them in here
Note: Corrupted mobs in Pandemonium drop the Blue Glyphs meaning the this part can be skipped if you have access to that area

Next you need the Finely Refined Notum, this has a chance of dropping from any named Dryad. It can be found in all areas of the Shadowlands, from Elysium all the way up to Inferno. It is a unique item though, so you will only be able to hold one at a time

Next you need to find some Insignia's of the Faithful/Chosen, depending on which side you are. These drop from any named sided mobs in Inferno. They also drop from the temple bosses, Galahad and Mordeth. Don't worry if you find the wrong side as one of the sided mobs at each temple will exchange them for you
If you need your Chosen Insignia's swapping for Faithful then see Ecclisiast Gal Ilad, upstairs in the northern room at either Inferno or Penumbra Redeemed temple
If you need your Faithful Insignia's swapping for Chosen then see Prophet Abad Mord, he is in the Unredeemed temple

Now you need the Joker's glyph, this can be looted from the boss at the end of Adonis static dungeons named Eradicus. Only one Joker's Glyph is needed to upgrade all the pieces as it isn't destroyed in the process, all that you need to do is use it on each piece separately

The last item is the Glyph of the Arcana, this can be looted from Corrupted mobs in Pandemonium. Only one Glyph is needed to upgrade all the pieces as it isn't destroyed in the process, all that you need to do is use it on each piece separately

Once you have collected all the pieces you need it's time to start combining the parts, lets start with the shoulderpad's and back item. Depending on your profession you will have either one or the other that was not available to you in tier 2. Take the Jokers glyph and the Glyph of the Arcana and use them on these pieces

Next, and this step is very important, right click on your Excellent Jobe armor to covert it to your profession. It will now be named 'Jobe Engineer Support System' for example

These pieces can be upgraded to Faithful/Chosen armor in the same way as your second tier armor, follow the process below

Now head to the IPS building in Jobe, speak to your professional and tell them you have items to trade for blue glyphs. To receive a blue glyph trade 3 Fruitions and an Embryo of Duat

All that is needed now is to combine the items, start by reviving the blue glyph with the Finely Refined Notum

Next, and this step is very important, right click on your Excellent Jobe armor to covert it to your profession. It will now be named 'Jobe Engineer Support System' for example

These pieces can be upgraded to Faithful/Chosen armor in the same way as your second tier armor, follow the process below

Now head to the IPS building in Jobe, speak to your professional and tell them you have items to trade for blue glyphs. To receive a blue glyph trade 3 Fruitions and an Embryo of Duat

All that is needed now is to combine the items, start by reviving the blue glyph with the Finely Refined Notum

1 x Embryo of Yomi'Arallu (9 per full set, 8 for Adv, MA & Soldier)
1 x Canister of Pure Liquid Notum (9 per full set, 8 for Adv, MA & Soldier)

Item required to upgrade Helmet, Shoulderpad's& Support System:
1 x Joker's Glyph (only one is needed to upgrade all four pieces)

Once you have worked out exactly how many of each part you need for the pieces you wish to upgrade it's time to go and collect the pieces

The easiest part to collect is the Canister of Pure Liquid Notum, these drop of almost every mob throughout the shadowlands, but a good place to find them is on the Chimeras in Scheol, Marble Orchards area, which drop around QL 130 canisters, you need them to be at least QL 80

For the Wills, Advents and Embryos you will need to head into the catacombs again, this time either Adonis or Penumbra. Penumbra will obviously have a much better drop rate, especially for the Embryos, but the mobs there are of a much higher level and soloing will not really be possible. So get to the Unredeemed temple of choice, head straight through the spirit section and into the catacombs. Finding the items you need is not going to be a quick task, so expect to be here for a while

The final item is the Joker's glyph, this can be looted from the boss at the end of Adonis static dungeons named Eradicus. Only one Joker's Glyph is needed to upgrade all the pieces as it isn't destroyed in the process, all that you need to do is use it on each piece separately

Once you have collected all the pieces you need it's time to start combining the parts, lets start with the helmet, shoulderpad's and back items. Take the Jokers glyph and use it on these pieces

Now head to the IPS building in Jobe, speak to your professional and tell them you have items to trade for both red and your professions colour glyphs. To receive a red glyph trade 3 Wills and an Embryo of Yomi'Arallu, for the other coloured Glyph trade 3 Advents

All that is needed now is to combine the items, start by awakening the red glyph with the Canister of Pure Liquid Notum

First you upgraded your Jobe basic armor to tier 1, leveled it up to QL 160 and now your ready for the next upgrade

NOTE: You don’t have to grab a quest to kill escaped prisoners, but if you do you will gain a reward.
You can also complete this quest as part of the Elite Daily Mission

Finding your local warden
Local wardens, all named Ystanes, are looking for external help. You can find them in West Athen, Newland and Omni1 Trade.

The Wardens want helpers to locate and terminate escaped prisoners. Which Prisoner you will get a mission to kill is random, however you can delete it and talk to the warden again. There is a limited amount of missions you can pull each day.

The prisoners are located in Milky Way. You can see their locations on the Atlas of Rubi Ka map:

A Prisoner.

The Prisoners are all level 215 and they only attack when provoked. They don’t hit overly hard, however they have whole spectrum of tricks ranging from skill and nano drains, up to 50k+ nukes, and "fanatic" type pets (low HP pets that explode shortly). So the best course of action is to show up in strength and take them out as fast as possible.

Their loot consists of:

Soul of the Jester Purple	Soul of the Ranger Green	Soul of the Summoner Orange	Soul of the Healer Red
Soul of the Gladiator Blue	Soul of the Illusionist Turquoise	Empty Spirit Vest	Soul Ripper

They usually drop 5 Soul of the XXX (mostly 3 or 4 different types), Empty Spirit Vest and Soul Ripper. On rare occasions, they can also drop:

Reflex Pistol

Sturdy Detention Boots

Hacked Medi-Blade

Crude Upgrade Kit

Once you have killed the prisoner, your mission will update. You can now return to the warden for your reward. He’ll explain how they managed to escape (well, tries to explain at least) and then offers you to select a Soul of the XXX to receive as a reward.

As well as the standard Prisoner quest, you can also now pick up a quest linked with the Warden, the Prisoners and Priest Fontain. (Soulbound Questline) An easy way to make 10m credits!!
