// Happy Labor Day to Everyone. Normally, there would be a full update for this holiday. We are busily working on many issues currently going on within the community and some other goodies. Because of this circumstance, we really do not have much to update. Be sure to keep a look out for a huge update in the near future when all these fixes and what-nots get finished. I am back, making obscene, yet useful front page news regarding the {MC} Community. But before we get to that point, since the first paragraph is always dedicated to world occurrence and holidays. So since no one wants to talk about Lindsey Lohan on DUI and drug charges, we will go straight into holidays. Tomorrow is National Waffle Day. So on that note, Everyone needs to get up and go to their local Waffle House (except canadians because they don't have Waffle Houses....take that bagged milk) and get themselves a Waffle (as well as some Hash Browns all 8 ways: scattered, smothered, covered, chunked, diced, peppered, topped and capped). This breakfast is Lindsey Lohan approved!

Anyway, the other day was the anniversary of the {MC} Reunion/Pre-union respectively. Because of this one year mark, we called on the community to celebrate with us on the {MC} second reunion. It appears that the message about everyone is invited did not get passed around. Once again, we are trying to hold this event here in the near future and cannot hold it if no one replies to this thread. We need you to simply reply telling us that your interested in attending and what times and dates you are available (but we also need to blood type, social security number, day time and night time phone numbers, identification number with scanned copy, fingerprints and an entire medical including family medical history dating back from the 1500's (black plague anyone?)). But in all seriousness, we cannot hold this event without more participators. If not the only other way is if we pick the date and you show up. If you did not receive a newsletter then here it is again for your viewing pleasure.

There also will be a site update that you may or may not notice here in the next few days. If you notice anything out of the ordinary please let us know using this forum and tell us what it is you see out of the ordinary and give us a link and brief (or detailed...your choice) description about the problem you see. Once you alert us about this we can look into it if we don't already know about it. All the help we can get would be awesome getting all the bugs out of this update. This update will bring this version of Community Server to Service Pack 2.

There will also be two new maps introduced to the {MC} Community this week. One will be a map that has been talked about for some time now called starwars_trench2. This map will take the best factors of all the other starwars trench's and jammed packed into a new map. The next map released has been quietly sitting in the back of the closet collecting dust for some time now (April) and will finally shed a little bit of light. Whack_a_mole_hl will finally be released and available for half life 1. This map is the half life 1 version of the original with the only change being weaponry. This map will feature RPG's and shotguns.

Yesterday, A new Team Fortress 2 trailer was released to the gaming world. It is entitled "Meet the Soldier" and is a great trailer. Since we don't want to leave you hanging, you can view it right below.
 

 This is not the only trailer available. In fact, there is another just like it entitled "Meet the Heavy." The links to this and a few other trailers are available at the end of this update. If you are as excited about the release of Team Fortress 2, Half-Life 2 Episode 2 and Portal October 9th, than keep in mind that {MC} will (if I have any influence about it) have a Team Fortress 2 server for our enjoyment. Can you outsmart the bullet?
